Your business runs on knowledge that lives in a few people's heads.
When those people are unavailable, staff guess. Different locations give different answers to the same question. Nobody knows which answer was correct until something goes wrong.
A Company Brain is the governed layer that fixes this. It answers from knowledge you approved, refuses when it has none, and turns every question it cannot answer into a decision you make once.
It answers only from what you approved
Every answer quotes a specific entry, at a specific version, owned by a named person. Nothing is inferred from the open internet.
It refuses when it should
When no approved knowledge covers a question, it declines and says why. A refusal is the system protecting you from a confident guess.
It only learns when a human decides
Unanswered questions become decisions for an owner. Once approved and published, the same question is answerable — permanently, everywhere.
This is an interactive prototype using fictional companies and fictional policies. Brain OS is in development and is not running for clients today. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, and no AI model is called.
